Балерины Pierre Carrier-Belleuse (1851-1932)

Французский художник Pierre Carrier-Belleuse (1851-1933) был знаменит в свое время. Он был сыном знаменитого скульптора Albert Ernest Carrier-Belleuse (1824-1887). Отец был его первым учителем. Молодой художник учился также у Cabanel и Galland. Свою первую картину выставил в Салоне в 1875 году и с того времени много и успешно выставлялся в разных салонах и галереях, получая самые престижные награды. Особенное внимание в своих работах художник уделял балету и балеринам.
